So I boot back into XP and use it's Disk Manager to remove them and recreate the orginal FAT32 E: partition. I'm thinking all is well, Win98 sees it too. Had power outage, and when tried to boot back in, got message that c:\windows\system32\config\system was missing or currupt. Used Windows CD Rom to boot to Can't CD into them, or copy a file out.
